Melrose-Sovereign Companies to Manage Copley Square Townhomes on Michigan Street in Orlando

ORLANDO - Melrose Sovereign Companies, which ranks as one of Florida’s largest condominium and home owner association management specialists, has been awarded a contract to manage Copley Square, (top left rendering)  the upscale townhome community located on E. Michigan Street in Orlando’s Sodo district.

Jack Hanson, LCAM and Ellen Lumpkin (bottom right photo), LCAM. co-founders and principals at Melrose-Sovereign Companies, said Copley Square includes 17 three-story unique brownstone and Victorian townhomes.
