HUNTINGTON BEACH, CA., Mar. 9, 2011 — Jones Lang LaSalle represented Health Net in a five-year lease extension at 7755 Center Avenue, a 193,000-square-foot, Class A office building located within The Towers of Bella Terra in Huntington Beach. .Jones Lang LaSalle Executive Vice President Wade Clark, in conjunction with Cara Trani and Jason Goff from Jones Lang LaSalle’s Sacramento office, represented Health Net in the transaction. The property owner, Bella Terra Office JV, LLC, was represented by Rich Essen of Orion Property Partners.
“We were able to secure an extended lease for Health Net within their current building allowing it to maximize spatial efficiencies and take advantage of the current market conditions,” said Clark.
