NORCROSS, GA – Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services, the nation’s largest real estate investment services firm, has announced the sale of the Country Inn & Suites (top left photo), a 51-room hotel located in Norcross, Ga, according to Bryn D. Merrey, Regional Manager of the firm’s Tampa office. The asset commanded a sales price of $1,365,000.
Jonathan S. Ruprai, a hospitality specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Tampa office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a financial institution. John Leonard (bottom right photo) broker, in the firm’s Atlanta office, assisted in closing this transaction.
The Country Inn & Suites is located at 5970 Jimmy Carter Boulevard. This 51-room interior-corridor hotel was built in 1999 and upgraded in 2007.
